These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Emotional Regulation Monthly Collective. By purchasing or accessing the Membership, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully before joining.

1. Membership Access

  • The Collective is delivered online through the Pensight platform.

  • Access is granted on a monthly subscription basis

  • Membership is for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

2. Payment Terms

  • Membership fees are charged in advance (monthly).

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • By subscribing, you authorise us to take recurring payments until you cancel your membership.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • You may cancel your membership at any time via your account portal / by emailing us.

  • Cancellations will stop future billing but do not refund previous payments.

  • Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods.

  • If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us through the Pensight platform and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

4. Behaviour & Community Guidelines

  • We expect members to treat each other with respect and kindness.

  • Harassment, bullying, discriminatory language, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated, please be mindful of not writing triggering details for other members to read, we would like to keep this space feeling safe for all.

  • We reserve the right to remove any member who breaches these guidelines, without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided inside the Collective (including videos, PDFs, audios, worksheets, and posts) is owned by Unwind_Your_Mind&Body.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for personal use only.

  • Content may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

6. No Guarantees

  • The Collective is intended for educational and wellness purposes.

  • Individual results vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

  • Participation in the Collective is voluntary and at your own risk.

  • As outlined in the Disclaimer to be read prior to starting any modules, which can be found within the welcome section, practices may bring up strong emotions or discomfort. You are responsible for your own well-being and participation choices within the practices.

  • The Emotional Regulation Collective and its facilitators are not liable for any injuries, losses, or adverse outcomes related to your participation.

  • The Membership is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

8. Changes to Membership or Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or change the content, structure, or pricing of the Membership at any time.

  • These Terms may also be updated. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
