I’m here to introduce you to The Whole Healing Body & Mind Reset, a gentle, whole-body approach to lasting change.

Rather than working on one part of you in isolation, I support your body, mind, hormones, and nervous system together, so the changes you make don’t just feel good in the moment, they become something you can live from every day.

This work is about helping your system feel safe enough to settle, so healing can happen naturally, without force.

What does the 1:1 programme look like?

Your 12-session Journey

This is not a one-size-fits-all programme.
It’s a slow, personalised healing process, shaped around you.

We begin with a deep, grounding foundation

We start with a 90-minute deep-dive session where we gently explore the whole of your experience, not just symptoms.

Together, we look at:

  • Emotional health and stress patterns

  • Anxiety, overwhelm, and nervous system responses

  • Hormones, energy levels, and sleep

  • Thought patterns and protective beliefs

  • Body tension, pain, and stored stress

  • Lifestyle, home/work environment, and relationships

This session helps us understand what your system has been carrying and what it needs in order to feel safer and more supported.

From here, I create a personalised plan to guide your healing over the following 11 sessions, always at your nervous system’s pace.

Ongoing support and weekly sessions

Over the weeks, we meet for a private online 1:1 session, where we gently work with your body, nervous system, and inner world as it unfolds.

These sessions are not about pushing or fixing, they’re about:

  • Building safety and regulation

  • Supporting emotional processing as it naturally arises

  • Helping your body release what it’s been holding

  • Strengthening trust in yourself and your capacity to heal

Between sessions, you’re not left to manage alone.

You have direct WhatsApp support from me (Mon–Fri) for guidance, and practical tools, especially on the days when things feel harder.
