What does the programme look like?

Your 12-session Journey

We start with a 90-minute deep-dive session where we look at every part of your life — emotional health, hormones, stress patterns, thought processes, limiting beliefs, energy levels, body tension, lifestyle, Home/work environment and your relationships.

From there, I create your personalised plan for the next 11 weeks.

Each week, we meet for a private online session, and between sessions, you have full WhatsApp access to me for guidance, encouragement, and real-time tools.

Your programme includes:

• 12 weekly private sessions (60 mins, 1st upto 90 mins)

• Personalised plan based on your deep-dive consultation

• Full WhatsApp access Mon–Fri for daily support
