    Hi, I’m Bev — a holistic therapist and somatic body mentor.

    I support women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves, helping them rebuild a sense of safety, self-trust, and steadiness through gentle, body-led work.

    My approach is grounded in nervous system regulation and somatic healing, because real change doesn’t come from pushing or fixing, it comes from creating safety within the body.

    I know this path personally. My lived experience of anxiety, emotional trauma, and navigating perimenopause deeply informs how I guide this work — with compassion, patience, and deep respect for your pace.

    How I Support You

    I work with women who are navigating:

    • Anxiety, overwhelm, and chronic stress

    • Emotional burnout and nervous system dysregulation

    • Perimenopause and hormonal transitions

    • Trauma held in the body

    • Feeling disconnected from themselves or their inner guidance

    My role isn’t to fix you — it’s to mentor you back to your own regulation, capacity, and self-trust, so you can move through life feeling more grounded, safe and supported from within.

    My Approach

    My work blends:

    • Somatic and body-based practices

    • Nervous system regulation/ poly vagal theory

    • Trauma-informed parts/ past wounding support

    • Gentle inner healing and embodiment

    Everything is paced, choice-led, and designed to meet your nervous system where it is.

    This work supports self-healing and regulation, not dependency.

    Experience & Training

    I’ve worked in holistic therapies since 1997, bringing together traditional and modern approaches to support lasting, embodied change and recovery.

    My background includes training in holistic therapy, somatic and body-based approaches, body work, anxiety and panic support, nervous system regulation, yoga, coaching, and mindfulness. I continue to deepen my work through ongoing professional development and lived practice. I have good understanding of Neurodivergence.
