  • My Story

    Hi, I’m Bev — a holistic therapist and somatic body mentor. My work is dedicated to supporting women through anxiety, trauma, perimenopause, and chronic stress, helping them reclaim their sense of safety, self-trust, and inner peace.

    My Personal Journey -

    I intimately understand what it’s like to live with constant anxiety, health anxiety, obsessive thoughts, and even agoraphobia. For years, I tried various treatments, but the relief never lasted. It wasn’t until I embraced the profound path of inner healing and self-connection through the body that I began to experience real change.

    Now at 46, I’m navigating perimenopause somatically, deepening my understanding of the body’s wisdom and its capacity for healing. My personal experiences allow me to work with deep empathy and without judgement — creating a safe, nurturing space for my clients to feel seen, heard, and understood.

    My Approach -

    My work blends somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and deep inner healing to help women:

    • Release the grip of anxiety and chronic stress

    • Heal from emotional trauma and burnout

    • Navigate hormonal changes with more ease and balance

    I mentor my clients back to their own regulation, safety, and self-embodiment, empowering them to trust their bodies and move through life with clarity and confidence.

    I’ve been working in holistic therapies since 1997, combining traditional and modern approaches to create personalised support for each client. My training includes:

    • Holistic Therapist (28 years’ experience)

    • Yoga Teacher

    • Certified Accredited Holistic Coach

    • Advanced CBT Diploma

    • NLP Practitioner

    • Mindfulness Teacher Diploma

    • Inner Child Therapy

    • Extensive training in panic and anxiety management
