About Me
Hi, I’m Bev — a holistic therapist and somatic body mentor.
I support women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves, helping them rebuild a sense of safety, self-trust, and steadiness through gentle, body-led work.
My approach is grounded in nervous system regulation and somatic healing, because real change doesn’t come from pushing or fixing, it comes from creating safety within the body.
I know this path personally. My lived experience of anxiety, emotional trauma, and navigating perimenopause deeply informs how I guide this work — with compassion, patience, and deep respect for your pace.

Experience & Training
I’ve worked in holistic therapies since 1997, bringing together traditional and modern approaches to support lasting, embodied change and recovery.
My background includes training in holistic therapy, somatic and body-based approaches, body work, anxiety and panic support, nervous system regulation, yoga, coaching, and mindfulness. I continue to deepen my work through ongoing professional development and lived practice. I have good understanding of Neurodivergence.
