    My mission fuels from a profound commitment to help individuals navigate their inner transformation, unlocking innate power within, regardless of obstacles faced. As a Holistic Somatic Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and one who works on healing inner wounded parts, I bring over 30 years of my own personal experience struggling with anxiety, OCD, health anxiety, agoraphobia and trauma, so I fully understand this journey and I created my own blueprint process out of it, back to inner freedom, safety and joyful living. I also offer 25+ years of professional expertise in holistic therapy and I taught this subject for 12 years years as a lecturer in higher education. so I have a lot of background in providing support for overcoming anxiety, burnout, chronic stress, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation.

    My Journey

    I intimately understand the struggles with generalised anxiety, health anxiety, obsessive disorders, and agoraphobia, having grappled with them for years. Despite various treatments, my challenges persisted until I embraced the profound path of inner healing and self-connection within my own body. With an extensive background lecturing in holistic therapies and diverse certifications - Advanced CBT, NLP, Mindfulness Teacher, Inner Child Therapy, Reiki Master, Somatic Therapy, and specialised training in panic/anxiety management and trauma - I offer a truly comprehensive, holistic approach.
