    Hi, I'm Bev

    I'm a holistic practitioner and somatic mentor with over 28 years experience supporting people through anxiety, burnout, trauma and the kind of exhaustion that lives deep in the body.

    But before I was a practitioner — I was a woman who needed support herself.

    I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed and not know why. To feel anxious in a body that doesn't feel safe. To navigate perimenopause quietly, while still trying to hold everything together for everyone else.

    That lived experience is at the heart of everything I do. It's why I work the way I do — with patience, gentleness and deep respect for your pace.

    Real change doesn't come from pushing or fixing. It comes from creating safety within the body.

    How I Support You

    I work with women who are navigating:

    • Anxiety, overwhelm and chronic stress

    • Emotional burnout and nervous system overwhelm

    • Perimenopause and hormonal transitions

    • Trauma held in the body

    • Feeling disconnected from themselves or their inner guidance

    My role isn't to fix you.

    It's to walk gently alongside you as you rebuild your own sense of safety, steadiness and self-trust — so you can move through life feeling more grounded and supported from within.

    My Approach

    My work blends:

    • Somatic and body-based practices

    • Nervous system capacity building and safety

    • Trauma-informed parts and past wounding support

    • Gentle inner healing and embodiment

    Everything is paced, choice-led and designed to meet your nervous system exactly where it is.

    This work supports self-healing and capacity building — not dependency.

    Experience & Training

    I've worked in holistic therapies since 1997, bringing together traditional and modern approaches to support lasting, embodied change and recovery.

    My background includes training in holistic therapy, somatic and body-based approaches, bodywork, anxiety and panic support, nervous system capacity building, Inner parts healing, yoga, coaching and mindfulness. I continue to deepen my work through ongoing professional development and lived practice.

    I also have a good understanding of neurodivergence and how it intersects with nervous system health.
